[ Advance Announcement Regarding the Activation of Dormant Member ID ]

Hello.

This is made EDAM.

The following content is related to the changes to the dormant membership policy.

Following the special provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, 

The IDs of dormant member customers that were stored separately will be restored.

· According to : 

 - Delete Article 39-6 of the Personal Information Protection Act (Special Provisions for Destruction of Personal Information) and

   Article 48-5 (Special Provisions on Destruction of Personal Information, etc.) of the relevant Enforcement Decree.

   (Revised Personal Information Protection Act takes effect on September 15, 2023)

· Date : 

 - Existing dormant member IDs will be activated sequentially from January 22, 2024.

 - Destruction and separate data storage for long-term non-users will be suspended from Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

· If you would like to activate your dormant membership or withdraw your membership by yourself,

  Please contact our customer service center via email (cs_en@madeedam.com) and we will process it as soon as possible.
