       (Non-members and general members cannot place orders. After the pre-order ends, only the remaining quantities will be sold as general sales.)

     - This is a pre-order product, so it is unavailable to purchase with other products.

      1) Courier Delivery : Sequential Delivery from Aug. 7th, 2023(Mon) (KST) 

      2) Pick-up in Person :  IU MEDIA ART EXHIBITION “MOMENT,”

            * Period : July 24, 2023(Mon) ~ Aug. 20, 2023 (Sun) (KST)

                           (Unavailable to pick-up : 7/21(Fri)~7/23(Sun), Exhibition Closed 7/31(Mon), 8/14(Mon))

            * Notice when purchasing : 

               - Shipping information for 'pick up on site'   

                 : Must enter the Name / Cellphone Number / Address which registered when join for 'UAENA 6th' (For On-site Checking)

               - In the case of on-site pick-up, you can also receive LP without the 'exhibition' ticket. (No ticket required)       >> Go to Melon Ticket   

            * Precautions for On-Site Pickup : 

               - Absolutely no pick-up by agents other than "UAENA 6th" who ordered 'on-site pick-up'

               - Items to be prepared for identification on the day (3) : 

                   a. UAENA 6th Membership Card

                   b. ID Card 1 : (Subject to identity verification when receiving exhibition tickets)

                                        One of the identifiable resident registration cards, passports, driver's licenses, youth cards, 

                                        or confirmation of application for issuance of youth cards / For foreigners, either passport 

                                        or alien registration card(ARC) is acceptable(others are not accepted).

                   c. Order History for pick-up in person (Mobile or Print out)

               - If you cannot prove your identity for UAENA 6th generation based on the above criteria, 

                 'on-site pick-up' is not possible, and orders can only be canceled/refunded.

               - If you select 'Pick up on site' and do not pickup during the exhibition period, the order can only be canceled/refunded.  

                 (Absolutely impossible to change to 'sequential delivery')

 · Notice :

      1) If you are unable to attend during the exhibition period, please choose "Courier Delivery".

         (After the pre-order deadline, it is impossible to change from 'on-site pick-up' to 'sequential delivery'

           / Only cancellation/refund is possible if identity verification is not possible on-site) 

      2) Overseas UAENA 6th certified members who stay in Korea within the above period 

          and select 'pick up on site' will be charged for overseas shipping.                  

          In this case, if you complete 'on-site pick-up' within the applicable period, 

          please provide order number and contact our customer center or 1:1 board, we will refund only the shipping fee.

         (Scheduled to be processed in bulk after the exhibition ends

          / In this case, please understand in advance that there may be a slight difference due to exchange rate fluctuations.

          In the case of non-receipt, it is also impossible to change to separate sequential delivery. 

          Please note that only full cancellation/refund is possible.)

[ Precautions when Purchasing LP ]

1) During the manufacturing or shipping process, the jacket and edges are slightly pressed, some wrinkles on the inner (inner),

   Some damage to packaging OPP vinyl and stickers are not eligible for exchange. (No exchange/refund upon opening)

   * In the case of a product that is obviously defective in appearance, be sure to ask for an exchange before opening.

2) When playing with a all-in-one or all-in-one turntable that does not have tonearm and stylus pressure adjustment functions, 

   it may not be able to play normally (noisy or intermittent, etc.).

   In this case, it does not belong to the range of defects, please use the dial with adjustable needle pressure to play.

   * All-in-one, all-in-one turntable without needle pressure (needle weight) adjustment

    / Defects cannot be accepted in case of playback problems with turntables without an anti-skating function.

3) The diameter of the LP center hole and the attachment of the LP label may have minute errors in the process.

   In addition, fine dust, scratches, warping, etc. of discs that do not interfere with playback are not subject to exchange.

   (It is possible to adjust the center hole through a dedicated product, and it can be solved with a dedicated "cleaner" and "LP stabilizer".)

   * Minor warping may occur naturally during the manufacturing process of LP discs.

4) If it is determined to be an obvious defect, please submit the video (defective reproduction) or photo (damage, etc.)

   and 'turntable model name' along with the 'order number' to the 1:1 board or customer center email (cs_en@madeedam.com).  

   * Returns and exchanges for defective products are only allowed to be applied within 7 days after receiving the product, 

     and will not be accepted after that time.
